De Waterkant Penthouse
Andrea Graff Interior Design was appointed by Signatura Property Development to furnish a penthouse in the mixed-use building in the vibrant heart of Green Point’s De Waterkant Village.
The idea was to create a space that allows the inhabitant to escape the urban jungle at its feet and to embrace the mountainous views. Colours and textures were chosen to showcase this concept, so we selected a subdued colour palette for the living room and bedrooms, jute rugs, boucle upholstery and knitted throws.
Above: A bespoke high gloss red sideboard brings a jolt of colour to the mix. A meditative Krisjan Rossouw seascape from his ‘’Serenity’’ collection hangs above the unit.
